The hotel offers modern and clean rooms that are comfortable but a bit small for two persons. The service is a mix of very nice and superfriendly, with a slight hiccup during check-in. The location is quiet, just outside the city center, perfect for guests heading to or from the Hurtigruten cruise. The dining experience is outstanding, particularly with fish dishes, but also provides options for meat and vegetarian lovers. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay all around.
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. However, there was a lack of proper lighting, making the room a bit dark. The service provided was excellent, with the staff being both helpful and welcoming. My stay at the Clarion conference was made exceptional thanks to the wonderful customer service and the good quality of the rooms offered.
